Brightsign displays that are meant to be synced together are not?
Symptom: One player is frozen or just simply out of sync with the rest/other
Cause: Brightsign is not powered on
Steps To Follow:
1. Wait to let the player that is working loop at least once through all of it’s pictures and videos and see if they sync back together.
2. Unplug the display that is behind/frozen and wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. The displays take a second to start up so be patient.
3. When it turns back on it will most likely be out of sync so let the working display loop one more time through all its pictures and videos and see if it catches the other when it passes.
